Banned for over a week

Someone PLEASE help me. I believe I didn’t click the button to stop streaming on OBS and i got banned. That’s the only thing I can think of I did wrong. I’ve been a loyal cammer for 6 years. I have messaged support and no one is answering.
This is my main source of income right now and I have two little ones that depend on me while I’m on a lay off from my full time job
