Banned from cb dont know why support hasnt responded in 2 weeks

Hello @punker barbie I was wondering if you could help I went to verify my account on cb and got banned I did not break any rules am of age and it didn't give me the reason why I made a support ticket and havnt heat anything back in 2 weeks now K45GJW-ENPK5 is the number I have in the email response and somlne else I know who sent in a support email a week after me got a response so wondering if you can help

Hi @punker barbie they responded with I created my account before I was 18 for reason of ban and when I asked to appeal saying I could send in proof of my ID again and the email I got from created the account that disproved this and they said action was reviewed before it was made we cannot assist further is there anything I can do?

You might be of legal age NOW, but was the account created before you were 18?

Ouch, that's not good. Maybe try legal@chaturbate.com and remember to send only one email and wait for a reply, as sending multiple emails will only push you to the end of the line.

Have you had any previous accounts on CB?

It looks like they have associated a previously made account( under 18) with you. When they say that, they look at all accounts previously made and not just this 1 particular account.

I am not saying that is true about you but it is a possibility

They said it was accessing this particular account before 18 but maybe I can't remeber I dont have anything I can find I had any other accounts linked to my emails I don't think I knew about cb till above 18 if I remeber correctly I guess it's possible but idk
