Banned from CB

I received a warning on my account a few hours before being banned about using a certain homophobic "F" slur. I acknowledged it and really don't think I said it again. I will make a conscious effort to not say it again. If it did slip out, that's why I'm assuming I was banned. I have sent an email to support to see what exactly I was banned for so I can issue a proper apology. I also usually get my payout around this time and I haven't heard anything about that. Is this normal to not get a payout with a ban in progress? Should I send multiple emails until I get a response? I did also have two accounts and both of them are banned. "TheAlphaDean" was a pretty inactive account I stopped using months ago.

My new primary account is SwitchDean.

YOU, the person are banned from the Chaturbate platform, not just the account. Any and all accounts with your identification will eventually be suspended. Be sure NOT to create any new accounts, until you resolve any outstanding issues. Yes, it's normal not to receive payments for banned accounts. No, do not send multiple inquiries to CB as that will only push your ticket to the end of the queue. Just need wait patiently for them to respond.
