Hi. My account was banned and I believe it was a mistake. I just came on to broadcast myself and received a message that my account was banned because I was broadcasting something on a device. I was not broadcasting anything on my device. I think what happened is that my TV is on the far corner behind me and it had part of the picture showing. I did not intentionally mean to do this. I had turned around to shut it off as this was a new TV I just bought. You could barely see it. I was only on for a minute or two and then was banned without any warning messages. I do apologize about this and did not mean to do this. I really was just trying to broadcast because it has been a while since I broadcasted and don't come on here that often. I really do want to broadcast here and will ask that you reinstate my account please. I really didn't mean to do this and am really sorry about this.

This happened about three weeks ago and I emailed them with no response.
@punker barbie can you help with this. I received no response. I also lost nearly 10K tokens for payout.
