Hey I’m new to this but just trying to get unbanned do to my account having tokens and I’ve spent money on it. I remember the streamer that I usually watch got off and I wanted to say hi to another streamer. When I greeted her I also typed a silly gif, not sure if she took it the wrong way but I did not mean it in any bad way. I woke up to the ban and now just asking for help pleaseee. there's no way it was that, what text words did you type with it? Have you had other accounts in the past at CB?

I mean there are gifs of guys sucking cock on CB that are unverified models, you're not going to go down for anything preloaded into their system.

Yes it was that. Gif I typed and with a “hiii” right behind it. And I’ve had one account before but it wasn’t banned. It was banned from a streamers room that I followed,but the model didn’t do it as she wasn’t on the screen at the moment and has no moderator.She said it might’ve been the ai moderator because she seem to have no problem when I joined with a different account. When I joined with the second account I got banned from her room again, but she unbanned me her self .

Yea I’ve seen crazy gifs compared to what I sent I don’t think they’re close at all. Mine was just that gif followed by me saying hiii. Maybe it was misunderstood but I believe I shouldn’t be getting a permanent banned over that and I’ll learn from this mistake

If AI was involved, you'd have been banned from the platform on that occasion, not just the room. Sounds like the model kicked you (despite what she said) or if she's with a studio, then a monitor did; even if there was a moderator present, all they can do is silence you for 6 hours, not kick/ban.
If you're now banned from the entire platform, it's likely that:

• Someone reported you;
• AI picked up on a breach of ToS;
• You were previously banned on the platform, created a new account, and then got banned soon after buying tokens.

If you didn't receive advice on the reason for the ban, suggest emailing support@chaturbate.com with your account details.

Whatever accounts you log into now will be banned until this is fixed btw. They ban your ID not a username.

It just kicked me out her room and said you’ve been banned. And than I went to make another account because she went to the restroom to use it. So she didn’t see me get kicked. She has no mods either. I joined with a second account and told her what happened. She said she didn’t realize what happened. It happened again on the second account but she brought me back as she saw that one happen. So I doubt it’s her.

Yes I stopped after the first insta ban I just need chaturbate support to reach back to me it’s been 2 days. They never replied to my email about my other account tho. It’s been since August
