I got blindsided with this ban. I was interacting with an model in private and twice got cut off. I tried a 3rd time and got the banned notice. There was no negative issue with the model whatsoever, everything was going smoothly. Thinking there was some kind of glitch, I made another account and bought tokens, then trying to navigate through the site, I got another banned statement. Both accounts have a balance of tokens, anonymous7445 (800+ tokens) and anonymous0362 (1000 tokens). I filed a support inquiry with CB on 4/24/25 for both accounts. The first one, I got a generic response saying they received it. The second inquiry I made for the new account was not responded to. I don't know why I got banned for one, and two, if I am able to get a refund for purchased tokens that I am unable to use. I would appreciate help finding out why these accounts are banned, and if there are any way to remedy the situation. I actually enjoy the site, and had no issues with the site, the models, other users, or anything of the sort. I'm puzzled. Please help if possible, thank you.

I was able to get a refund for the 2nd account by calling the billing department, but still no response for 1st account, other than the generic email.

Thank you, they have responded to me and activated both accounts...I'm still not exactly sure what specifically the violation was, but they realized that I had no ill will or intent in something I chatted about. I do take all rules of Chaturbate seriously. I would never violate any of those rules in which the rules were intended. But all is well, and I will be super vigilant in what I may chat about.
