Hello, First time poster here but confused about the cause for my ban.
I started on a different token site, but was encouraged to open an account on CB by a friend for a one time show back at the start of the year. I spent the tokens in short order and didn't return until recently.
Due to my location I recently experienced challenges on the other site when using mobile data. I eventually thought to try CB and was thrilled to see it worked smoothly and I could catch my favourite models again (75% of their shows are while I am in a mobile data only zone).
A few days of solid use and suddenly I am banned. The message indicated that I was flagged and banned but only a "terms and conditions" link was provided with no other details. This disappointed me because I'm a courteous user, respectful of all models, a sustainable spender and settled in with a couple of my favourite long term friends. My tastes are vanilla in the extreme, chatting half the time, both models I've known six months elsewhere. Subscriptions moved over to CB, conversations picked up where we left off.
A few hours after another top up, my account was banned. I had only engaged two models, but wonder if overzealous automated security didn't approve of my private dialogue or if I used a word that flagged me. Did I refer to a third party messenging service? Use a word that flagged me but only when taken out of context? Invite a model to a fantasy holiday or dinner on the other side of the world? Make a veiled comment that the streams were much smoother than "on the other side"?
So, I'm quite sorry about my mistake; I would have thought any moderator reviewing my conversation would see that any technical violation was quite innocent and deserving of a warning. It has been over a week since I submitted my email asking similar questions. I know all sites are different and as a fairly new active user, perhaps I'm still below a threshold to be considered worth a manual review (but my daily activity should suggest I was headed to that kind of level).
Thank you again for any insight you can provide on this matter!
