Banned on Chaturbate without reason / explanation - CB Model for 10 years and more.

unfortunately my account on CB has been banned almost 4 weeks ago and so far I have no idea why. I have reached out on the official CB support / help form twice and also via the support email. I am a model/broadcaster on CB for more than 10 years. I also take the TOC really seriously. I really thought this issue would have been solved at some point during the past couple weeks, but now I am kinda worried it won't. So maybe you'll have any advice / help in this situation. I would truly appreciate it!

If i were in your shoes ,i would deeply overthink my last streams ,what could go wrong. I dont say that u did something bad, but maybe some customer wrote something and AI detected it and banned u for not reacting? I mean how can support unban ,if model is not even aware of what happened. It can make them think it can happen again. I would try to remind myself what could happened and make support sure that i understand mistake and it will not happen again. I know is easy to say , becuse we have many customers and if room is busy is hard to follow each customers talk, but in my opinion attitude: i was baned and i dont know why is low chance to be unbanned .Just my honest opinion

Hey you! @BlackWizard you were absolutely right. I was trying for weeks to find out what I might have did wrong, without even knowing it. I was also thinking about what I might have been done / not done that might have led to this ban. I had absolutely no idea.
also thank YOU @punker barbie for getting a TICKET # for this ban / inquiry. I actually found out finally what's been the reason for my ban:
they said, there was a user on the website, who was (apparently) initiating several times some sort of "underage role play". so of course they have banned that user. but in the process they were looking into his chats and allegedly they found out I was interacting / taking part of this sort of play. I was asking for proof / chat overviews, since I am absolutely sure I have never (knowingly / willingly) took part in any kind of this sort of play / fantasy / stuff.
I wanna make clear: I totally support that EVERYONE gets banned for this kind of stuff on the website and I have myself pretty often banned several people from my room, whenever it was clear they were initiating such sort of things. even though I am also sure, that I dont always notice / follow every words / things that have been said in the chat during an active show - I am pretty sure, many of you can relate to this.

so, in the end, I am absolutey sad and disappointed that I am being accused of this and that the ban is still active. I did not get to see any of the chats reviews or proofs/facts yet, so I still don't know how to handle all this. like I said, I have been on this website a broadcaster for over 10 years, so I am well aware of these kind of users... but, whenever it's possible, I have banned these kind of people from my rooms.

anyways, thanks to all of you for trying to help me out - I am grateful for any sort of advice.
