Banned, unknown reason...

Happy new year people, yep the first of January as I logged in I was greated with the dreaded page...

Have not done anything unusual, streaming few hours with little interaction, no clue what is happening.

Contacted support (once), here looking to perhaps speed things up a bit thanks to @punker barbie ?

Thank you Mercury, what a start for the year... My second ban, the first was mid August, a user talked to me in PM about his tik tok date with few pics of the chick but she was 16 apparently... CB support warned me properly about the platform's underage zero tolerance, but the legal age in france justified a mere 1 week suspension though that user had not been bothered on his side AFAIK...

Have been extra cautious about those things ever since, 100% sure I did not have any talk about underage or taboo shit and if any such start I know how to handle it.... Received an alert few days prior for sharing pictures in PM about underage people, I had to confirm the reception but this is preposterous, as the half dozen of pictures I am sharing are of curvy mature ladies with hairy pussies ... A few sissy butts pics but those are the same for months and don't show age, I don't know.. Cheers, damn 15 days of waiting for you I wish for the best and soon !

Hello @punker barbie I am writing to you again today, as the response I received 2 days after my initial contact to CB support was an automated message. I was expecting my suspension to be something trivial, but instead I am subject of a permanent ban claiming I discussed serious content "including sexual abuse of minors" ... I have been one humble amateur broadcaster within the small French community of the site for 5-6 months, good to all my guests and never brought up such a discussion or taken part in it. The few friends I could make on the platform that I could reach on social media are also in shock about this, my liking is of mature women, certainly not underage.

My request to you today, is to help me understand this decision, have a real person communicating with me and provide a detailed response about my account review, who was I discussing with about this matter, were there pictures exchanged, was my interlocutor permanently banned as well... I want and need details to understand this decision, what I did so wrong so I can accept it and move on, please.

Lastly, I have cashed out my last tokens for the small amount of 70$ just before new year, then this happened on the first January... Will I get my money, could I appeal to your good will for interceding and reviewing my situation carefully again as a person please..

Hello, usually in such messages about blocking you can see something like this.

Your tokens will be issued as your final payment.
Or
your tokens have been confiscated due to a violation.

This is not the exact phrase, but usually something similar should be in this message. This may help you understand if you will receive payment.

Thank you Malinka, my message from support was totally automated and does not mention anything about my payment, or token balance. I only have 1 token left there but cashed out for 70$ a fews days before the new year.

Thank you, I received a response that my money will be sent by check soon. However I am still in need for the explanation, and context for the PERMANENT BAN of my person ever broadcasting again on Chaturbate for something I do not recon doing...

"This matter was fully reviewed before final action was taken. Due to your permanent ban, we are unable to assist further and may not respond to additional emails."
To my knowledge the most recent thing of my account activity that could have been flagged as "discussing the sexual abuse of minors" is a fellow French broadcaster of senior age (60+) that let slip in a PM with me around mid december that his first attraction to men bodies was felt when he was 12, watching underwear male models in magazines ... I did tell him beware, do not mention anything age below 18 here. I see his account is still up but mine is banned for ever for such a trivial matter of discussion, it seem... ?
Zero tolerance rule is understandable but there are LEVELS of offense, please look at those other people likely permanently banned from the platform sharing a similar "underage matter" issue, with support responding with the same lines for every particular case :

Please act as human people with individuals that have been good to your platform, following rules reporting underage matter for some in good faith, I know I did report a user stating they were 13 in their bio, another with nazi anti jewish stuff there and some more...
