I wrote everywhere I could. Pissedconsumer, reddit, here, two gmail accounts, discord, etc.
I was ok about starting a whole revolution from it, but they did respond. Of course, they didn't tell ban reason, because why bother?
I think it's important to say that it's better to write one-two messages, not more, otherwise it will send you back in queue.
