Hello, first time posting. Not sure if this is the correct place to post, but recently I logged into my account and purchased tokens all was fine. When i went to tip it said "unable to tip, please contact support" i contacted support and have waited for about a week and got nothing back. Not sure what else i can do to fix this. If anyone can help that would be greatly appreciated thanks!
