I use a bed and a chair frequently, but I also fucked up my back hard. The best thing for your health is actually sit on the floor between shows, or when you can in free chat. It has to do with pelvic rotation, long term health, gravity, and your kinetic chain. Trust me, in the long term, it's the best habit to get into.

Preferably near a wall or a place you can have back support.

holy shit you were so right it's not even funny. Like I feel like you may have literally saved my back from permanent damage. So much better on the floor, and will be even better when I get more (non-saggy) padding!

I can't take credit though, I was just relaying information from a really top notch Physical Therapist. However I do love hearing that you are experiencing positive benefits from the information I shared ?

There's some real deep physical truths around, concerning ways our environments don't really support our long term health.
 
I started sitting on the floor recently! my back was hurting and i followed my intuition haha.. I only have so much space to work with in my current apartment though so sitting on the floor is better for my back, but sitting in a chair is better for the view.. I am working on figuring it out. Streaming for bed is comfortable and sexy but I think it is too easy to get tired and want to log off and fall asleep
 
I love all these answers. My strategy is to change it up each stream, though I know not everyone is able to do so. I have a couch I sit on, sometimes I aim the camera into my bedroom so I can sit on my bed. Sometimes I sit at the computer chair. Sometimes I aim it at my yoga matt so I can be on the floor doing yoga. Sometimes I face it at a blank wall and just stand there.
