been over a month now since I've been able to broadcast on Chaturbate Because it keeps saying error publishing stream and support has been worthless

I haven't been able to broadcast on my Chaturbate stream for over a month now and I just keep getting excuses from their support team that they promised their technical team is looking into it but they can't seem to quite figure out the problem why it keeps telling me error publishing stream every time I try to broadcast. If this isn't fixed by tomorrow I'm just going to move with a different company.

Ive tried everything still no positive results I did their feedback testing they said there was nothing wrong there it's just getting to the point where I'm going to have to move to a different company if they can't get it together

It either will not start the stream at all or gives the same error publishing stream message

Isnt "error publishing stream" a message from the CB page when you are using the built in broadcaster? If you click "Use External Encoder to Broadcast" then transmit with OBS what does OBS tell you?

Sorry I don't understand, you mean you can't open the OBS program on your computer?
