Before you could even start streaming you had agreed that you had read the rules and would follow them.
What makes you think that CB will just unban you and allow you to maybe follow the actual rules this time. They have no way of actual way of knowing if you will break the rules or not. You have already agreed that you would follow the rules by clicking on the "I agree" button before you could stream
and you didn't do that.
You may get a break and get reinstated but I wouldn't hold my breath if I was you
