Shes even more incredible in person, its like you can just FEEL or smell the sexy in the air when shes around, haha! I took classes with Jenyne Butterfly also, and Karol Helms so many times that shes become like a distant bestie. Karol taught me how to dougie :lol: I cant wait for USPDF again this Sep!!

I absolutely recommend her stretching DVDs, they are intense. I have yet to be able to get through the whole thing in one day, I end up soo sore and it feels sooo good. My only complaint is that if you are a perfectionist like me and super worried about proper form, the DVDs dont go very in depth about that. Luckily for me I remembered what she said in her stretching workshop about many of the poses but she doesnt go into much detail on the DVD. I cant see that being a problem for anyone but me though, I'm just that perfectionist-y. Get them, you wont regret it! And yes especially the stretching for pole one, I always do that one since it has stretches for the full body and not just the splits.
