I prefer to stick with sprint service (boost mobile, virgin mobile, etc).

I need a phone that has at least 32GB of internal memory. I don't want to go out and buy a brand new samsung galaxy, and I would prefer to stick to android. Any input?

Boost Mobile had a deal for a refurbished 32GB galaxy s6 for $100 but I couldn't buy it due to not shipping to PO box, but they had to ship to your billing address (mine is a po box...) so that couldn't happen. I suppose I need to ask if they could ship to store and let me purchase that way. If there are any other options let me know, i'm currently with virgin mobile but they've switched to only selling Iphones and it pisses me off lmfao.

I really love Motorola and they usually have a bunch of good phones at different price points. I don't think any of them are that expensive. I've been buying Motorola for like 10 years and always been happy with them.

Ironically enough I have been researching phones the past two weeks. Wanted one at a max of $150. Went with a direct order from China because the specs were better for the money over what could be bought in America.

Leagoo T5. Unlocked phone from China. Go with whatever plan you want. $150 on the button.

I can't speak to it from personal experience. But, if I didn't have my current phone and plan, I'd go with ASUS Zen Phone Max:

I like the fact that it has dual sim cards so two numbers on one phone.

I know it's out of your stated range. But, I have a Google Nexus 6P (%x is my backup phone) and am on Google's Project Fi. I serously love it. Pure Android. No software bloat from a manufacturer such as Samsung (I really hate them and their shit), nor from a carrier such as Verizon or AT&T. I get all the latest updates when they're pushed from Google, and not when the vendor decides they may update the softare (there's acually been a number of updates, including security, lately). My average monthly phone bill (I won the phone outright), is about $40 since I connect to Wi-Fi a lot.
