Best Bond!

I am a huge fan of the James Bond movies and when discussing the movies with others people always get divided over who is the best Bond. I thought I would list my favorites in order. Agree or Disagree?

1. Sean Connery
2. Daniel Craig
3. Pierce Brosnan
4. Timothy Dalton
5. Roger Moore
6. George Lazenby

Pierce Brosnan at 3rd? Definitely not. Not completely sure where I'd put Daniel Craig in the list. I think at the moment I would use the following list.

1) Sean Connery
2) Roger Moore
3) Daniel Craig
4) Timothy Dalton
5) Pierce Brosnan
6) George Lazenby

Daniel Craig could go up or down a spot depending on how the next movie goes. He'd be solidly in 2nd for me if Casino Royal was all I had to judge him on but Quantum of Solace just didn't feel Bond to me. Pierce looked the part but was just so boring to me.

Not sure if I can agree on some of them
1. Sean Connery - will always be Bond in my mind
2. Daniel Craig - I like what I have seen him do
3. Timothy Dalton - Decent and having him mess around on Chuck for the last season and a half is fun
4. Roger Moore - didn't quite fit the role but he made it work
5. George Lazenby - decent considering it was the first
6. Pierce Brosnan - Mama Mia ruined any possible chance of him ranking higher

Sean Connery's one dimensional representation of himself as Bond is only good if you like Sean Connery.
Almost, everyone else who played Bond was a better actor.

Brosnan in Goldeneye was good.
Craig brought back some of the real killer that Bond is supposed to be.
Roger Moore started ok but got ridiculous
Dalton was again a believable killer.
George Lazenby gets a bad press but re-watch OHMSS, it was just a backlash because Connery was popular at the time.

Connery, always and forever... and then perhaps Daniel Craig.

Moore as Bond was a joke IMO but perhaps not only his fault that the movies became more and more like a parody. Dalton was ok and Brosnan too. Lazenby only made one movie so it's hard to say but the one he made wasn't bad at least.

The best Bond was the latest actor. Casino royal
