I think it depends on how you want to be.
I mean, do you mind being seen by everyone for free or do you prefer they must "pay per view"?
Chaturbate is usually a good starting point as it's a bit easier I think, and less overwhelming and confusing.
But regardless of where you start, be sure to take advantage of the "new" tag on any site. Broadcast as much as possible in your first 5 - 7 days

As others have said, you need to give more information about what you're looking for. If there was one clear 'best' site they'd have no competition and we'd all be there. They all have advantages and disadvantages.
