And I want to remind you r again, as I said, the reason I want to work as a model is to gain experience. I'm not saying I'll go and set up a studio tomorrow and hire dozens of models. Depending on the internal payment processes, persuasion methods, training processes, and similar issues, you can consider this as my long-term goal in maybe 6 months or 10 years. Time and process will tell.I just wanted to get your opinion on a topic that interests me and I have such a dream/goal))
You are missing the point. You want to run a studio illegally. You will put anyone who you manage to get working for you at risk because you wont know how to deal with that side of the business (paying your bribes, preventing other studios from paying to have you raided etc).

You were told in the last thread that it was illegal, so continuing to pursue it shows a disregard for the models safety that would end up working for you.

So let me ask you this: Why did you get into this job? How did you gain experience? What do I need to do to gain experience? excuse my stupidity))

I didn’t get into the adult industry so that I could eventually run an illegal studio and make money off other people’s hard work, which is the only thing about the question relevant to this discussion.

So let me ask you this: If I work as a model in a well-known studio, can you guarantee that there will be no police raids or is this an occupational hazard? I understand that it is forbidden, but Russia is the second country with the most studios in the world after Colombia. I think that just as everyone pays bribes to survive, I will survive in the same way haha a
nd right now we're just talking about assumptions. Let's assume this studio is outside of Russia, for example, Georgia, Bulgaria or Türkiye.

Studios in Russia get raided all the time. Big studios pay bribes that stop them being raided as often but when there's a crack down everyone gets raided.

If the studio was somewhere where it was legal to own then it's different story. But its not your talking about opening in Russia.
Even if it was outside of Russia haven't demonstrated any way in which you would be able to provide value to the model. From your posts here I can quite confidently say that you would be a net negative because of your attitude.

Anyway, thank you everyone for your positive and negative thoughts, ideas and suggestions. I don't want to extend the topic any further and take up your time. I wish everyone a good day/night or whatever time period they are in.

Plus, it’s not like Russia is the only country where camming is illegal. From my understanding, there’s way more countries where it’s either illegal or in a legally grey area than there’s countries where camming is totally legal. And with the majority of countries where it is totally legal, it makes more sense for models to be independent than join a studio.

There are plenty of resources in the model only areas. Become a model and read them I guess.

Even if he does become a model, I highly doubt he’d be allowed into the model only areas of the forum. I personally would not feel comfortable with someone like this having access to what is talked about there, and thankfully Amber has always been amazing at keeping MO a safe space for models.

There are times when I think a studio can be worth while, but 90+% of them arnt. Studios that do marketing for their models to make sure they always have decent traffic, hire photographers, some of the studios here provide English tutors so the models can learn better English and earn more. Most of them except for the long established studios (here at least) it seems to be more "this is a webcam , it puts your picture on the site" and thats all they do 😂

The studio I was an admin in, all the girls had worked at other studios before and it would amaze you how many of them didnt even know how to go online because it was always done for them.

You should've stuck with "maybe 6 months", because you won't make it through a year, let alone 10?!

You clearly are 20, and a dude.
