Bought some tokens but can’t spend them..

I recently (17 days to be precise) bought some tokens on CB. If I now try to spend them the website tells me I’m not allowed to and I have to reach out to support.

I did that also 17 days ago still no response…maybe someone can help me here with that? Would appreciate it.
