I bought tokens but it didn't reflect on my account

@punker barbie I hope you can help me with this problem. My username is @aleeshawkey on Chaturbate, I bought tokens through epoch my account has been debited but the tokens aren't reflecting on my account please help

Look at the buttons at the bottom of that message... it looks like it auto selected "Yes close my request". You probably want to go select "No" on that.

Thread 'Emailed Support Recently? Read this.'

Hey everyone!!! Recently Chaturbate made changes to the way they respond to support emails you initiate.

Previously, you would get a response saying your request was in the queue and they would respond as soon as possible.

Now when you initiate an email to support, the email response you get in return has a list of links/articles to frequently asked questions. If one of the provided links does answer your question, click to confirm it's been answered on the appropriate link in the email.

If the links do not answer your question, you must scroll all the way to the bottom of the email and...
