Hi, I have seen some accounts limited to streaming at 720p and low bitrate in some accounts I manage in my studio and my own personal independent account, no matter what, after multiple mails to Chaturbate support, the conclusion is that the accounts doesn't have enough "audience" to meet the requirements to broadcast at 1080p or more, I repeat that this has nothing to do with broadcast software, configuration, server configured in obs, hardware, camera or internet bandwidth, the limitation is linked to the CB account.
Does someone have more info about this? The support team seems shady about this information, they only specify "audience" criteria after multiple mails without being specific about the requirement, does anybody know the specifics of being able to broadcast at 1080p? maybe it is reaching an specific amount in followers?
I already contacted the support team in multiple cases about this, I don't need them to tell me anything else about transcoding availability, I know this limitation is account specific.
Note: I notice this because when you watch the stream in CB, the maximun resolution is 720p, for me and my users worldwide.
