I believe that is the response that punker is referring to. Support tickets are starting with 250 now so a 247 ticket would have been a few months ago

Yes, you're right, there were emails a few months ago, namely August-September, I don't clean my email account, but a search by number did not yield results. I don't know at what stage the error was made, but there is no response with that number in my mailbox, neither in my inbox nor in my spam list.

The only time a ticket number shows up in the subject field is when I get the email to rate the help I received. Try searching for just "chaturbate support" and open each email.

Here are all the emails from the beginning of the problem to today - except for the last two where the account login notification is the last message from the site I sent above. That their response was "alarm mark", to my message that I would not show the tattoo in the frame, I would cover up with transferable tattoos - there was no further response, even automatic. And at the same time, they wrote to me above that they gave an answer, but there is no break in all messages with this number.

Yes, the spam zone is empty too. Thank you for your support! I understand that the site cares about models and their health, the only sad thing is that there are a lot of models and there are not enough colleagues to analyze each situation in detail, but I hope that I can achieve a positive outcome in this situation.
