I’ve seen you help a lot of other users here, so I’m hoping you might be able to assist us too!
Our Chaturbate username is TrynaGetPreggo. Recently, our ability to broadcast was suspended after we had someone else appear on camera who wasn’t verified at the time. We now realize that was a mistake, and we take full responsibility — we made sure to verify them immediately afterward by submitting their ID and signing the performer agreement. They’ve since been approved and added to our account.
However, even after completing the verification, we’re still unable to go live. We’ve submitted a support ticket and also emailed Chaturbate, but haven’t heard anything back yet. We’re feeling really frustrated and unsure of what else we can do at this point.
We genuinely appreciate any help or guidance you can offer, and we promise to strictly follow the rules moving forward. No unverified users will ever appear on our cam again.
