Hi. My boyfriend and I created an account quite a while ago, uploaded both of our IDs and stream a bit here and there. We've recently wanted to start streaming again but got told to upload IDs again. But I guess we forgot to upload this the second time. I thought it was still in the system since we know we uploaded it a while ago. I've seen uploaded his and done the performer agreement.

I'm hoping the suspension isn't permanent, we actually wanted to stream a lot today and tomorrow as we finally have days off.

Just to be clear it was a mistake and won't happen again, we weren't able to find the identity page easily before we were prompted. Had I known his ID wasn't on file we would have uploaded it instantly.
