Broadcast suspended

Hi. New here, but 5 years streaming on CB. I've heard here sometimes answering cb officials @punker barbie . Our account "emyliveshow" - we are group of 3D vtubers. We have hard guidelines for verifications with multiple streams and etc. We issued problem for verification when on stream we didn't received codes fast enough to login from mobile to get pictures and late for 5 minutes to verify. And get broadcast suspended.

Is suspended status is permanent or temporary. What we can do beside tech support?

Also question to everyone is it possible to recover broadcast?

Hi, you're only suspended, not banned, so that's good news. The only way to resolve your situation is going through support. so contact them--there's no work around it. The rep here would only let you know when your case is setup to be reviewed and/or when support issues you an answer. Good luck.

So suspended may be reversible?

Yes, suspensions may be reversible. Even bans may be reversible, but only support can do that. There's nothing else to do than contact them (just once preferably) and wait for their answer. It can take several days to come, so patience is advised.
