My account got banned right after I bought tokens for the first time because I used my model e-mail address. E-mail MFC and tell them that you're a model but you'd like to buy tokens to tip other models, and they will fix it for you.
The can't buy tokens thing is a bug that strikes from time to time...they usually fix it pretty fast if you email them
Yeah it's a bit of a different monster when models try to go premium, though. Kinda flags them for same IP and usually same email as model account. And no model accounts are ever allowed to buy tokens, so it treats it a bit differently than regular member purchase limits.Jupiter551 said:

It's his account, better let him contact them - he's not a model so they've no reason to ban his account etc. Failing that you might get visa or whoever to do a chargeback, though I doubt it.
