I'm a regular with a model, she's told me that she can tell when I am spying on a private show. I asked her if she meant that she can see the token stats after the show, but she says she can tell when I am there through some kind of statistics? She duel cams at the moment and is fairly popular, so I guess if its quiet she could do the maths, but can she even tell, how many are in the room at the time of a private, as you both leave to a private room? I know its supposed to be anonymous but is there anyway she could be telling the truth?

Sigh. I don't know why models share this information but yes we know on Chaturbate. It's pretty obvious given that the two shows are priced different amounts.

I set my spy rate super low compared to private rate. My pvt rate is 360/min. Spy rate is 30/min. I set it like this because it helps to retain my viewers/tippers who were in the room before the private show started. I get a lot of spies at this rate, usually about 15-20 during a 10 minute show. Although I've never set spying higher than my pvt rate, I had it set at 240tk/minute for a while, and I didn't ever get any spies.
I am genuinely curious though, why you set it so high. I wonder if there is something I'm missing.

People answering for CB I’ll answer for MFC also since the OP didn’t specify site. MFC we see token stats with your name as a spy.
I’m also curious on the thinking around setting a high spy price, on MFC it’s a set price and it’s low.
You can opt to only accept true pvt if you don’t want spies.
I remember years ago like over a decade I would do a big public show get my room FULL of ppl then have someone take me pvt and be like “don’t forget to spy I’m gonna be doing xyz in private “ and sometimes I’d make more in spy tokens than the private itself.

I see what you mean. It does sometimes feel creepy when people are watching/tipping in the background without talking.
I do offer "premium" private shows on CB too. I figure if they want true privacy, they can use that one instead, since no spies are allowed.
Right on. I think we all have very specific ways we handle privates, which is natural. When I started camming, I refused privates for two years.

I usually tell her if ive spied afterwards anywayThe model i was referring to, sets her private at quite a low price and then double for spying, although I really appreciate one to one time with her. I always choose the option where it can be spied on. And this is because I feel like she will be deprived of extra tokens if I go exclusive, I know she gets loads of spies, so every private you can pretty much triple the base rate. And I always tip generously in and out of the private sessions. So I also dont feel like im just being cheap haha. Dont know if anyone wanted to hear this, but I just find this business fascinating, even just as a user.
But i meant in real time and with me personally, I wasn't in the room at the before she went to private, and it was a long one, but I left before she came back, but she dm'd after and said that it was turning her on during the private because she could see me watching, which is a good technique to increase her spy earnings, so fair play, but I just wondered if it was actually possible
I expect that particular model finds private spying is a good earner, so reviews her token stats after each private and tells all regs who spied the same message.
Tbh, thats my thinking. Which is fine, I was just curious, but ive known her a quite a while, she knows my habits, and she's never said that before, she also knows I tip anyway out of support, as far as I see, from lovense, im her all time number one tipper, public anyway, and im probably have a bout 30 private sessions, spied on a fair few, none of that shows, it was just I never heard her say that, and I thought it you couldn't see rhat kind of thing from a models side
