I sent an email and write here no one is helping me. All i need is my account unsuspected. I dont know who else to get help with. I really didn't mean to and was a mistake. Please if anyone know how to get a hold of someone or why they don't respond for days almost a week now.

Can take 2-4 business days for a reply from support if you emailed then as per the ban notice.
Some bans are permanent and won't be lifted.

Ok thank you it been 4 days today since the last email I got from . And the email I got said suspended so I'm just trying to get back on.

If it was just suspended and not perm ban, you might just have to wait 1-3+ weeks till suspension is up. Don't know how long there temporary or suspended bans last.

I would guess a suspension would be 2-4 weeks long min, not just a week.
