Two years after my registration on CB site asked me to go through verification again. Under pic with my ID (Passport) on broadcast page now it says that Passport is outdate. In reality my current ID is valid and not outdate. I have already made many attempts to confirm it again, but it is instantly rejected.
I wrote to support, attaching photos with my ID, and they confirmed that the document is valid, but they offer to replace it with a new one. In my case, it is hard to do. There is currently no legal need to reissue the current ID (before the expiration date).
My passport - is the official, main and most important document confirming identity in my country.
