Not entirely true. If pressed hard enough, OP can provide a picture of them with the date, the email address and something else specific to CB's requests for auth.That account is gone
Unless you are a model or have been age verified they won't reply to any other email address without proof it is you.
They have no way of knowing if you are actually the account owner
For an example, I could say the same thing about someone elses account and they rightfully will not respond to any other email address other than the verified email address
