I need help and hope to get attention regarding this issue. For 6 days I have been trying to convert my tokens to dollars, but I keep getting the message:
"Unable Cash Out, if problem, continue contact support"
I have already sent multiple emails to support, but received no response. This situation is very stressful for me, as I urgently need this money to pay my rent. I have checked my payment method, and my ID is complete and valid (expires in 2030), so the issue is not on my side.
This is not the first time I’ve faced difficulties, but I have never waited so long without any reply or solution. I understand that technical issues or additional verification can happen, but the lack of communication makes it extremely difficult.
Please help me resolve this issue as soon as possible or clearly tell me what I need to do to receive my money. These are hard-earned funds, and I really need them.
