I uploaded high quality photos of my passport where all information is visible, but pics got denied with a reason: ID is not valid. Reason: ID content is blocked

I've just uploaded new photo of my passport and now my photos got denied with a new reason: Need to show ID next to your face. Your whole face and ID must be visible.

My whole face and passport are visible. Nothing is covered!

Please Help Me with verification
