Sunday, I was doing my thing, Mod'ing a few rooms, I also broadcast sometimes too, one of my Romanians whatsapped and said why aren't you in my room, I said I was. Anyway, no idea what happened, I got no warnings from CB, but I'm not showing up in the user list in ANY rooms, I cannot tip either, I can still receive tips tho. I can see myself in a room, I can type in the chat, but only I see it. I can still broadcast, but I'm not in my own user list either. I emailed support 28 hrs ago, and no reply yet. I have a backup account, which is partially working, I can be seen, and do my Mod thing, but I can''t tip with this account either. WTF happened?
JPMEL99
I been here on CB since 2016, been Moderating rooms since 2018, been broadcasting for fun since 2021
Still have not heard from support.

Hi @jpmel99 I have confirmed that the support team has responded to your inquiry. Ticket #24784687

Yes they did, seems someone reported me for spamming, when all I was doing was my normal duties as a mod.
Here was my reply back to support, if you can answer any of these questions please do so. Thank you

My response to CB Support:

Thank you for responding back, can we discuss this matter? So what you're saying is someone complained I was spamming, and me being a 9 yr member in good standing, I was just suspended on the word of someone else?
Does support have the ability to go back and look at the what I was actually posting at the time? This was not SPAM, If you look at my bio and look at my posts in rooms you'll see I am a Moderator or CoMod in 40 rooms, I post the usual Moderator things with the permission and approval of each model. I post gifs that compliment the model, encourage tipping & support, gifs to thank the tippers and Fan Club options.
I don't think this suspension should remain on my account as a strike against me for posting any of these gifs, as they are only posted to help the model and are done with each models consent.
What's to stop some grey or disgruntled user to complain again and soil my username which I have spent 9 yrs and 1000's of dollars to build the reputation as a good moderator again.
I also think CB should have notified me at the time that I was suspended, I had no idea for 3 days what the issue was. I do my best to play by the rules every day here.
Thank you.

I agree that it's crappy to be banned as a result of this sort of report, hopefully if you get reinstated you'll take a moment to reflect on why someone would report these actions as spam. If users in the room that are potential tippers are put off by your action, it may be smart to adjust it a little. :)

I was only suspended 2 days, I've been back to normal since Tuesday, I wish they'd let you know WTF is going on instead of just letting you twist in the wind for 2 fucking days.
I been doing a long time, I'm sure I've pissed off a few greys and regulars in my time, but I'm not an asshole of a Mod, I'm pretty fair. I'm always fair, but at the same time some models like their rooms policed harder, some don't care. Every model is different.

You mean you posted the same gif in multiple rooms so basically you are in many rooms sending the exact same message and someone reports you for spamming so the disappointment is that they didn't dig deeper and verify your mod status in said rooms?

Would you believe that the same thing happens when you send the same email to multiple people and you get reported for spamming? Like the nerve of these companies not checking with each of the other recipients! (You see the point im trying to make right? This is completely normal and expected behavior)

There are rare times, when I have 5-6 rooms I mod on at the same time, where I drop the same gif (PVTS are open) (join fan club) etc, and I'll drop them in a few rooms in succession, but I normally delay those posts as CB has spam bots that look for that shit. I'm not stupid, I been doing this almost 10 yrs. Some asshole grey reported me, and CB suspended me on their word. I'm good at what I do, I've neve ASKED to a Mod, it's bestowed, people who ASK to be MOD's are the worst fucking Mods.

As I said before, maybe rethink how you do your "job"...

which being a mod for models isn't a job but you clearly treat it that way, and may be doing a disservice to your model friends
No my dear, it's all fun, I'm 60, I work from home, my kids are grown, it's a fun hobby, and the models are boss of each room, I'm a 9 yr user, a long time Mod, and I know WTF I'm doing, so you're off base. Is it fair some cunt of a grey can complain and get me suspended? Of course not. But I Mod for fun out of loyalty to long time friends, I broadcast for fun too. It's all fantasy, all for fun, and we do the best we can, help the models earn, play fair, and have a good time along the way. I had a good night, made a few tokens in my room, some of my modes kicked me back some tokens, good chatters and I only had to wave my cock and balls around once once in my room. Tomorrow I'll be down at Yale Bowl rooting on the home team, come home and we'll do it all over again.

In the grand scheme of things moderators are not important. I would recommend that you don't send the same message to multiple rooms to avoid potential issues like that.

Some asshole grey reported me, and CB suspended me on their word.
Absolutely wrong there. CB will not ban/suspend on just 1 single report. CB would not have any users if that happened since everyone would just be reporting everyone else

Most likely a few users reported you for spamming the chat with constant gifs. In that case, CB will ban/suspend and then investigate, which I do not agree with. Unfortunately , there are users and models who do need to be suspended/banned ASAP so CB just takes the easy way and bans/suspends everyone before investigating
