A few months ago, it became impossible to watch streams in HD and the problem hasn't gone away. When I switch to anything beyond 480p, the stream stutters a lot, then eventually freezes and switches to "auto" (which forces 360p). I've complained about this many times in that "send feedback" section but nothing has changed. I'm currently in talks with the support team about this, but nothing has been resolved yet. Now today CB has just stopped working, I try to open the cams but they are all frozen in low quality, only chat still works.
I know the problem is not my pc or my internet because CB used to work just fine before and nothing changed since, and EVERY other site works just fine (Stripchat, Bongacams, Youtube, Netflix, everything works). I think this is related to a recent law that passed in Brazil, since this problem started around the same time, but the problem persists even when I use a VPN, change browsers, turn off adblocker/antivirus, use anonymous navigation or not, and even when I use my phone (neither wifi, mobile data, desktop verion make any difference). I've also created another account and tried it, just in case, but nothing works.
I just want to know if anyone else has been having a similar issue and if anything has made it work again, I can't be the only one having this issue.
