From june 2nd I have got the message "unable to tip, please contact support"

I contacted support and about a week later they asked for my username(although I thought I had provided it as the support form asks for it) which I provided, and since then I haven't had any response.

My CB username is bigdickbaddy2, are you please able to help me @punker barbie ?
