chaturbate acc suspension

hello support team,i hope this finds u well,im contacting u because i would like to get assistance regarding chaturbate account suspension that may have happened due to an error after i was done with upgrading the account.the purchase Id used for billing is -237327811,i have tried reaching out to chaturbate via support ticket but no responses yet.i was sent here by a friend and urged to ask the support representetive who might help in seeing it through @punker barbie would u please assist? Hi there, I hope you're doing well. I'm an established creator (7+ years) and my Chaturbate account was recently caught in what I believe is a biometric false-positive during an automated compliance flag,i had recently changed my username to heaven_girll — I've already submitted a full appeal with supporting ID verification, but it's stuck in the general support queue. Since only support/compliance can actually escalate this, would you be able to point me toward the right channel or contact for a manual review? Any guidance would mean a lot

i received an automated response but didn't have a ticket number-account name is heaven_girll which is the current username from the previous one
