Chaturbate Account Ban and Age Verification

I hope you’re doing well. I’m reaching out because I really need your help regarding my account issue.

My Chaturbate account was recently banned due to concerns about age verification. I immediately contacted support to clarify that I am not underage. My birthday is July 1, 2006, and I am of legal age. I have my valid ID as proof.

I already submitted my ID before, and it was approved, which allowed me to broadcast. However, it seems like there may have been a misunderstanding and they thought I was a minor, which is not true.

I’ve attached the screenshot showing the ban notice for your reference. I have already informed support and explained my situation, and I’m hoping you might be able to guide me or help escalate this concern so it can be resolved as soon as possible.

This platform is truly my only source of income, and it is what helps me provide for myself and support my family.

Up until now, I have not received any update from Chaturebate support, and the uncertainty has been very difficult for me. I want to clearly express that I am not underage. Based on the ID I submitted, my age has already been verified. I have complied with the verification process honestly and in good faith.
