chaturbate account BAN for no reason

hi @punker barbie . i know u have helped a lot of users and models in chaturbate , and i badly need your help too. my account was banned without violating the terms of service, the only reason i got banned is because i helped my friend create an account in chaturbate and during the selfie verifcation, it captured my face instead my friends face as it capture too quickly, i was gonna hand over my phone to my friend but i was too late and it submitted automatically with out options to cancel it, so after it submitted, both accounts got banned, please i deserve a reply in chaturbate as i did not violate the terrms of service.

@punker barbie i can see that u referring to sensual_goergia account in chatubate. But theres 2 different account under 1 same email . The other one sensual_goergia have been lifted but the other one pau_kink95 is remain banned. Please let support response to that specific concern i raised.
