Chaturbate Account Banned for first time

Hi, beautiful community!

Yesterday (April 30) my account was banned from Chaturbate for the first time and no reason ?. I was not doing anything that violates the condition terms of the page; it has been one year since I started here. I t follow all the rules because this is a full-time job for me. Please let me know what I can do. I will appreciate it.

I sent a message yesterday to "support@chaturbate.com", and they respond in automatic that they are going to communicate with me, but I don't have a ticket for the moment...and I don't know what to do ?. ?. ?. .
Please @punker barbie if you read this there is any chance that you could help me? Thanks in advance.

Hi @punker barbie you are correct , they say that's permanent and I don't know what to do. Like other models this is my only job. At this moment I don't know what I did wrong , there is a chance to recover that account ? You can help me ? Please I beg you... I never had a problem before so ?? I don't know what happened. If they aren't giving you a specific reason and you've been told you're permanently banned you'll need to start over on another site. There are a ton to choose from and you may find you do better elsewhere.
