chaturbate account banned need help please

On Chaturbate, my username is lilo_vanillix.
My Chaturbate account has been banned since Monday, December 15th.
I sent a message to support immediately, and because I was panicking, I've sent three more since then. I realized afterward that I'd made a mistake doing that.
Unfortunately, I haven't received a response yet, and frankly, I'm desperate. I live exclusively from streaming on CB, and if my account isn't reactivated, it's a disaster for me.

On top of that, I have a large token balance that seems to be blocked at the moment. I was counting on it for the holidays and gifts.
I'm in an extremely difficult and distressing situation. I'm sleeping terribly; it's hell. I don't know what to do.

Since I haven't received an incident ticket number, I can't give you one.
Is there any way you could help me? That would be a huge help to me, I would be incredibly grateful.

I finally received a message from CB. They've lifted the suspension, and my account is back to how it was. I'm so happy. Even though you didn't intervene, I still want to thank you for what you do. Because in these situations, you feel so alone and helpless... it's a horrible feeling. And knowing that there's someone like you, who's already listening, giving advice, and can intervene, is a huge help.
