I'm sorry to bother you again. I'm following up on my previous Chaturbate account-recovery request.

I now have another access issue. After a security login alert appeared, I clicked “This wasn't me,” and my Chaturbate password stopped working. I've submitted password-reset requests multiple times, but I haven't received any reset emails.

Chaturbate Support has confirmed receiving my recent message, but I still cannot access my account.

Could you please help me check whether my existing case can be reviewed or advise me on the appropriate next step? I would really appreciate your help.

I don't want to change my password I click the forgot and change the password just because I think it's a only way to resolve the 'incorrect my password" and I already submitted my email yet but haven't no response from Chaturbate support and after 24 hours I received the response from Chaturbate support and I need to take a photo upside down and my username I did and I put my efforts for it but the response Is unfortunately the photo I've been taken is not accepted and I need take a photo again and wait another days for it. I just only want to fix the "the errors of my account even I type my password correct" and star again broadcasting.

Bella, I wonder if the issue started when you clicked “This wasn't me” on the security login alert. It's possible that action triggered a security lock on your account, which would explain why your previously working password is no longer being accepted.

If that's what happened, repeatedly entering your old password or requesting a password reset may not resolve the underlying issue. Chaturbate Support may need to verify your identity and clear the security restriction before you can regain access.

Since Support has already asked you to submit a photo and rejected the first attempt, I would focus on completing that verification step and following their instructions carefully. Make sure your username and any other requested details are clearly visible in the format they specify.

I would also explain to Support that you selected “This wasn't me,” that your password stopped working immediately afterward, and that you're trying to recover access to your existing account rather than simply change your password.

Hopefully, once your identity is verified, they can help restore access so you can get back to broadcasting.
