Unable to receive password reset email for Chaturbate account

Reason: I'm tempting to log in to my chartubate account it rejects my credentials when I used the forgot password link that chartubate support sent me, it did not help me to reset the password but instead it took me to back email support again.Punker Barbie.if you see this.i'd really appreciate any guidance you can throw my way!!!

Hello punker barbie.chartubate support emailed me asking for my ID photo, which I sent over,but it's been 5 days now with no reply.Can you please check it out for me so that they can send me a link to reset my password and access my account.ill really appreciate your effort.
