Unable to access my account

[novablairr]

Hi there. @punker barbie please help me. Chaturbate is my main source of income and I desperately need my account back. It has been over a week with no response from support. Suddenly my login credentials are not working. When I try to login, it says I need to use a valid username/password. I know the information I am entering is correct. When I try to request a password reset link, I never receive it. My account Is still up and searchable online, but there is no way for me to login. I have not received any email or notification about my account being suspended or banned. I have no idea what to do. I need to stream and make money. I need help Please help me access my account again. I had money sitting in there too that I am unable to access as well . My username is novablairr
