Chaturbate Account Banned

I need help. My Chaturbate account was banned for no reason. I've contacted Chaturbate support several times and haven't received a response yet. I've been waiting for two days and still haven't heard back.

I contacted support again because I now know the reason for my ban. I had an argument with another model where harsh words were exchanged in a broadcast. She contacted me through social media to say that she didn't intend for Chaturbate to ban my account; she only wanted a warning. But Chaturbate was harsh and banned me. The other model says she feels bad about it. Now we've apologized to each other, and she sent a message to support retracting her statement. My username is @dollysweet666, and the other model's is @ms_ratuelita
Please @punker barbie I ask for your help in mediating this situation and having the ban lifted, as this is my livelihood and my only source of income. Thank you so much.

Every time you contact support potentially pushes your particular case to the end of the queue. STOP CONTACTING THEM, and wait for them to reply. It can sometimes take up to a week or more to get a response. Good luck.

Ella me contactó por redes sociales para decirme que no quería que Chaturbate suspendiera mi cuenta; solo quería una advertencia. Pero Chaturbate fue inflexible y me suspendió. I find it unfair that almost 15 days have passed since I was banned because of another model who wasn't penalized at all, while my account was taken away.
I think it's a very biased decision, made without knowing the context or even hearing my side of the story.
Why do you play with people's livelihoods and food? I live off this, support my family, and take care of my sick grandmother thanks to this work and by dedicating four years of my life to this site, only to be kicked off and banned as if it were nothing or as if this weren't my only job.
You are unfair people who block you and never even respond.
I will never broadcast with you again because you are opportunistic and unfair people, and to everyone who asks me about my experience on this site, I will tell them that you are the worst! You ban people without explanation. It's not worth investing years of your life building community and growing your page because the owners of Chaturbate don't care about you.
