Chaturbate account banned

Hello @ punker barbie am autumnblack003 ... my account got blocked last year December because someone stole my passport and made fake one with it...I got banned permanently ... I had sent emails to the Chaturbate platform to pardon my account for this but they couldn't reply my email..
Am humbly requesting you platform to forgive me on these and I work again..I don't have any job till now just struggling but I do have faith that it will get unbanned and Al work again ... please ma'am help get my account back ...am patiently waiting for your feedback back

I was wishing you could help get unbanned it wasn't fair ..I wish the platform can hear my cry and get me out of the block for real am suffering in real life no job
