Hello @punker barbie ! My account was banned on January 23, 2026, I've sent 3 emails for the support team but I haven't receive any response. My username is lailamaa. I've realized that I made a big mistake on my recent stream. It was my second stream ever, so I'm still very new to this. I remember this person asked me to go on a private show and I didn't know how it works. I ended up talking to them in a private chat. They were basically asking me to be younger than my age, which is 12. I'm actually over the age of 18. I didn't know that I'm not even supposed to say it out loud or even have to follow everything that they want me to do. It was more like a put on a spot situation so I didn't even think it through in advance. After what happened I realize that I should've really be more cautious when it comes to things like this. I've also learned that I should've never fold under pressure or still do things that I'm uncomfortable with just because they asked me to do so. I've been using chaturbate for less than a week so I'm still very new to this. I just want an advice and to have my email reach the support team. I also want to know if there is a hope for me to get my account back. Someone please let me know if it's permanent or just as of now. I understand this is a sensitive topic and I apologize. Anything regarding minors is not tolerable, although I would really appreciate if anyone know if there's anything for me to do or if that's always the case.
