hi ! my mod and best friend got banned for nothing - he used "bad" word but as joke and seems bot banned him... support not replying....... Do u have any direct connection to staff of cb here? ...

There's no direct connection or benefit to posting here about it. Your friend is the one who will need to follow up with cb support directly to see if the ban can be reversed. If not, you're out of luck.
