Chaturbate banned account

Hello @punker barbie I hope you are well. Unfortunately, about a week ago I received notice that my CB account was banned due to inflammatory or harmful language. I am not entirely sure what it is I had done wrong, but I have read and reviewed all rules & guidelines and will 100% be more mindful moving forward to avoid any further infractions. I have sent a support ticket but this was days ago and I still have not heard back so I am hoping you could point me in the right direction on how to unban and restore my account so I can continue streaming. I apologize for anything done that was viewed as harmful on my part, and I promise to avoid any senstive things like this moving forward. Can you please look into this or point me in the right direction to expedite the process? I also had a pending payment of tokens that I had previouisly withdrew already so I wanted confirmation as to whether or not that withdrawl would still hit my account in a timely manner.
