Chaturbate Support - Payout Information

Hello everyone! :) So I am a new model of chaturbate and I have converted my tokens into cash in 13th May. However, by mistake I chose the option "Check sent by Mail (No Processing Fee) instead of "Payment by Paxum". I have sent an e-mail to support of Chaturbate and they answered me very quickly, saying that before reseting by payout information, they need to verify my identity to protect me from fraud or identity theft, asking me to provide them a photo of me holding a piece of paper that with my username and date written on it. I sent them the picture a couple of minutes after the e-mail received (all of this in 13th May).
6 days passed and no answer :think: ... Is it common? And since the first payment period (1st-15th) has passed, what is gonna happening?

Chaturbate's support team is pretty understaffed, so it can take some time to get back to you. It's only 1 or 2 people, so there's only so many people they can get back to in a day!

We have a full department of people answering emails. Im not sure why it took so long but I/we can track every response sent to supprt@chaturbate.com. As i've mentioned we are still growing and pretty new. All of our competitors have had time to work past growing pains. One thing we did earlier this year is add a rating system to responses. Poor ratings are manually reviewed and evaluated to see why the response was poor. This add-on has improved the quality in responses.

Pretty new? Is that what you tell yourselves? Excuses have "best before" dates, you know. From what we've seen on these forums Chaturbate's been stroking on the support side for years. It's time you people got your shit together. With, you know, all due respect.

This got me curious. Based on registration dates:

LiveJasmin - 2001
MFC - 2002
SM - 2003
Chaturbate - 2011

So I guess technically the new kid on the block with "only" 4 years in business.
